Minutes of the Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting

The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Association was held on the seventeenth day of October ,2023 at the community center. The session began promptly at seven thirty in the evening with Chairman, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the gathered board members.

Dear Residents,

This announces you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are instituting several new initiatives designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on early August, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes increased irrigation of grass areas and installation of new trees. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
